Fluent Conveyors supplies Flexco bolt splice kits for conveyor belt applications. Solid plate systems for sift-free bulk material handling and hinged systems for small pulleys and easy belt separation.
and heavy-duty belt splicing.
Durable bolt plate features designed for secure fastening and reliable belt performance.

Flexible bolt hinged features for smooth operation and easier belt maintenance.

Both bolt plate systems are easy to install
Complete splice installation using portable hand tools or power tools. No heat sources, vulcanization equipment, or controlled temperature environments required. Typical installation time is 2–4 hours, depending on belt width and fastener size.
Teeth penetrate horizontally into the belt thickness, suitable for most belt constructions and applications. Standard bolt plate conveyor fasteners accommodate the full range of belt thicknesses and PIW ratings shown in specifications.

Teeth penetrate vertically through belt covers for enhanced holding power on belts with hard, thin, or worn covers. VP variants provide improved tooth engagement when standard horizontal penetration is compromised by cover condition.
VP fasteners use the same installation procedures, bolt specifications, and minimum pulley diameters as standard variants. Select VP fasteners when the belt cover hardness, thinness, or wear reduces horizontal tooth penetration effectiveness.

After choosing between plate or hinged plate systems, follow these steps.
A bolt splice kit typically includes splice plates, bolts, nuts, washers, installation tools, and belt repair components.

Specifications vary by product, but our pull cord E-stops typically include:
