Replacement conveyor Belt Cleats

Cleats worn below their effective working height can no longer reliably capture material on inclines. If the cleat height has reduced by 25–30% from the original specification, replacement is warranted before the conveyor begins losing throughput.

Cleats that have deflected laterally under load or are no longer perpendicular to the belt surface will mistrack product and reduce effective grip.

Surface cracks indicate material fatigue; chunked cleats create gaps in the carrying surface that allow fine materials to escape or product to slide back.

Any cleat that has partially or fully separated from the belt surface requires immediate replacement to prevent belt or downstream equipment damage.
