Durable roller chain sprockets designed for smooth power transmission and reliable performance.

Match these specifications to your application requirements. For detailed selection guidance, see roller chain sprockets and ANSI sprockets.

Fluent manufactures sprockets to customer specifications when standard configurations don't meet application requirements. Our in-house production accommodates non-standard pitch sizes, custom tooth counts, specialized materials, unique bore sizes and mounting configurations, modified hub styles, and specific heat treatment options.
Custom sprockets are engineered to match your chain type, load requirements, and operating environment. Contact our engineering team to discuss your application.
Install sprockets on the same plane as the shaft. Misalignment causes premature wear, increased noise, and reduced power transmission. Secure mounting bolts to manufacturer-specified torque values (typically stamped on bushings or available in installation documentation). Check chain engagement and tooth contact across the sprocket face before operation.
Replace sprockets and chains together when possible. New chains on worn sprockets (or vice versa) accelerate wear on both components. Follow inspection schedules based on operating hours and material conditions.

keep your system running smoothly.
Inspect sprockets during regular maintenance intervals for wear indicators:

Employee safety should always be a top priority when working with conveyors. Routine training reduces the risk of workplace accidents and encourages adherence to operational best practices.
Equip your conveyor with OSHA-approved protective guarding and emergency stops, and establish clear lockout/tagout procedures to prevent accidents during maintenance and repair tasks.

Fluent manufactures custom conveyors for the most demanding industrial applications. Our product selection is based on years of real-world performance experience. Whether you need OEM sprockets for a Fluent system or sourced components for other equipment, our team can help.
