Conveyor applications for every step of your process

Infeed conveyors move material into a machine or process (a shredder, baler, granulator, or sort line). Feeding governs rate, timing, and movement. For high-impact infeed like whole-car shredding, we build D4 car shredder infeed conveyors on heavy cat track. For baler and process feeding, roller chain conveyors carry the load.

Transport conveyors move material from a pickup point to a drop point, and the material dictates the build. Loose bulk runs in a trough idler conveyor that cradles the load and limits spillage; packaged goods and stable loads run on slider bed conveyors.

Metering controls material release to the next step, protecting throughput when upstream and downstream run at different rates. We engineer this with configured drives and add-ons like a metering wheel or live bottom bins that regulate discharge.

When a downstream machine pauses or runs slower than incoming material, accumulation holds product until capacity returns. We engineer buffering zones through conveyor sizing, drive logic, and conveyor control systems that coordinate start, stop, and release across the line.

Discharge conveyors move material out of a machine or off a sort line into the next stage. Matching discharge capacity to downstream demand prevents system back-ups. We design conveyor chutes and transfer points alongside the conveyor so that material transitions efficiently.
