For ourroller chain conveyors, we offer a wide range of belt options for different applications.Here are ourroller chain replacement belts, all engineered for heavy-duty applications. Options include:Apron pan belts. The apron pan style uses overlapping pans in 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" thickness. Excellent for positive drive.Z-pan belts. Similar to an apron pan, but with Z-shaped pans for self-clearing of debris. 3/16" to 1/2" thickness offered.Rubber combo belts. These belts combine rubber skirts with a PVC core. Available in 220-ply and 330-ply options depending on the strength needed. The maximum width is 84" on these.Hinged steel belts. These come in 3/16" or 1/4" thickness and use hinged steel pans. Durable for high impact and temperatures.We also offer many accessories such ascleats, side skirts, and belt scrapers.

Each conveyor is test-run and inspected prior to loading. We partially disassemble components and prepare them for optimal freight load configuration. Sensitivepartssuch as drives, motors, and controls are removed and boxed separately.Structural steel frame components are loaded sequentially and fastened securely to pallets or crates for maximum load stability. We brace incline sections, cover belt areas prone to damage, and reinforce the overall load for smooth transport.Once at our loading dock, experienced logistics staff strap, wrap, and secure the full conveyor shipment according to proven methods. We ship via trusted carriers and can accommodate truck, ocean, or air transport.Upon arrival, you'll receive clear unload instructions and a component manifest. Our goal is to ship each conveyor system efficiently so it arrives in the same flawless condition as it left our facility.
