Replacement Z-pan belts for Fluent roller chain conveyors and OEM equipment. Built for sustained performance under heavy loads. Interlocking Z-shaped pans form troughs that capture loose, abrasive, and hot material on inclines.

cross-section forms material-carrying troughs that capture loose material and prevent rollback on inclines. Stainless steel Z-pans withstand impact, abrasion, and extreme temperatures, making them the right call for sustained throughput of abrasive, heavy, or hot material on steep incline conveyors.
Z-pan sits alongside apron pan and hinged steel in the metal belt lineup, each optimized for a different job. Apron pan excels at high-impact infeed and fine containment. Hinged steel is the general-purpose workhorse for flat-to-incline runs. Z-pan owns the steep-incline, loose-and-abrasive material use case. Z-pan is one of the only belts compatible with our Extreme Heavy-Duty (X-HD) roller chain conveyors, alongside apron pan. It's also the preferred metal belt for glass recycling applications, where the high shard content that fouls hinged steel doesn't affect the Z-pan's open trough geometry.
